I offer workshops at my farmden in New York’s Hudson Valley (and sometimes elsewhere). This is an opportunity for me to teach where I grow, so each workshop is a very hands-on experience.
If you are in the New Paltz, NY area or are willing to travel, this is a worthwhile trip. Workshop length depends on the content. Note: Occasional workshops are held offsite.
DRIP IRRIGATION WORKSHOP, with Lee Reich, PhD, farmdener* and writer (author of The Pruning Book)
Registration deadline is Saturday, June 29, at 9 am.
Sometimes the weather is rainy, sometimes it’s dry. The way to get the best production from your vegetable or fruit plants (or ornamentals or potted plants…) is with timely watering, and the best way to water is with drip irrigation.
Drip also saves water, makes for healthier plants and fewer weeds, and is easily automated. Learn why drip irrigation works so well, the ins and outs of designing your own system, and participate in a hands-on drip irrigation installation. Limited space, so pre-registration is necessary.
Date: June 30, 2019
Time: 1-4:30 PM
Place: Catskill Native Nursery, Kerhonkson, NY
Limited space, so pre-registration is necessary. Register by paying with Paypal or credit card at:
