I offer workshops at my farmden in New York’s Hudson Valley (and sometimes elsewhere). This is an opportunity for me to teach where I grow, so each workshop is a very hands-on experience.
If you are in the New Paltz, NY area or are willing to travel, this is a worthwhile trip. Workshop length depends on the content. Note: Occasional workshops are held offsite.
FALL FRUITS: A WORKSHOP and A TASTING, with Lee Reich, PhD, farmdener* and writer
This workshop will cover what autumn-ripening fruits are best and easiest to grow, and how to grow them. Pears (Asian and European), grapes, kiwi berries, pawpaws, persimmons, and more. Learn how to grow these delicious fruits naturally . . . and get to taste some that are ripe! This workshop will cover autumn-ripening, low maintenance, tasty fruits, good for organic, pesticide-free growing in backyards and small farms.

•Time: 2-5 pm
•Lee’s farmden, in New Paltz, NY
WORKSHOP IS FULL; NO MORE REGISTRATIONS!! If you’d like to be on a waiting list for this workshop or if you’d like to be notified of future workshops (and aren’t already on my list), please request that in an email to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
